You Can:
- Cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours before it starts — no problem!
- Use your session credit for a make-up class within 30 days.
If You Cancel Late:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will be counted as used.
- No-shows (without notice) are also non-refundable.
For Bundles & Intensive Tracks:
- Bundle classes must be used within 3 or 6 months of purchase (see your bundle details).
- Intensive programs are flexible, but we encourage a regular schedule. Just let us know in advance if plans change!
We believe payment should be as easy as it is to whip up tabbouleh. Here’s how we handle it:
- All payments must be made in advance for: 1:1 classes, Bundles, Intensive Tracks.
- Payment Methods: PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Bank Transfer.
- Bundles: You’ll receive an invoice and can schedule sessions anytime. All bundles expire in 3 or 6 months.
- Intensive Programs: Full payment before start. We’ll build your schedule & send resources.
- Missed a Payment? Don’t worry — we’ll send a friendly reminder. Sessions pause until payment is received.
We stand by the quality of our sessions. If you’re not satisfied:
- You can request a refund within 7 days of your last attended session.
- Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
One of our goals at TLS is to make all of our services accessible for diverse budgets. If the cost of lessons creates a financial barrier, please reach out to us. We will do our best to work with you.
