Ahla wa sahla (welcome!) to Tabbouleh Language School (TLS). We’re Ahmed & Bianca, an intercultural couple living in the beautiful, mountainous city of Nablus, Palestine.Ahmed was born and raised in Nablus and has close to a decade of experience teaching spoken Palestinian/Levantine dialect to non-native speakers as well as working in the non-profit sector. He holds a degree in Arabic Language & Literature from An-Najah University in Nablus. Originally from Texas, Bianca is a TESOL-certified English teacher who has been teaching English language learners from across the world since 2016. Together, we founded TLS to share our passion for teaching, culture, and human connection. Why the name? Our school is named after tabbouleh, a colorful, refreshing salad enjoyed across the Middle East. Tabbouleh’s essence – its brightness, versatility, and fresh flavors – is exactly what we hope to embody. Being avid language learners ourselves, we also realize the importance of working with teachers who are patient, empathetic, and flexible to students’ diverse learning styles. By offering a variety of different services and experiences, we have created our very own tabbouleh, ready to serve up to all of you!
